Curative
Arc Land Resources has cured thousands of drill site and non-drill site tracts across hundreds of prospects. We have extensive experience clearing title defects and executing the documents necessary to get your suspended interests into pay. We understand that curative is a necessity; from preparing the simplest affidavits to executing the most difficult lease amendment, we’ll get it done.
Lease Acquisition
Arc has negotiated thousands of oil and gas leases across multiple states. We understand the oil and gas leasing process from the four corners of the actual lease form to professional interactions with your lessors. Runsheets
Arc has some of the best title landmen and abstractors in the industry. We pride ourselves on accuracy and deliver abstract of title runsheets in digital and/or hard copy formats that are clean, organized and easy to navigate. We provide interest breakdowns, supporting plats, historic maps and all pertinent well/unit information the examining attorney will need to quickly render their title opinions.
Mapping

Surface Agreements & Damage Settlements
Arc Resources specializes in negotiating and executing surface agreements for all industry operations. We have surveyed, staked and settled surface damages on a multitude of projects across the industry: drill sites, lease roads, frac ponds, flowlines, processing facilities, midstream pipelines, powerlines and water lines. Most of these projects deal with landowners on the largest ranches to the smallest subdivision tracts. We have extensive experience assessing damages to property, livestock, crops and improvements. Arc appreciates the balance between land ownership and resource development.
Seismic Permitting
The Arc team provides geo-seismic permitting services from start to finish, large scale or single sections. We can provide specific planning and coordination between public and private landowners and all state or federal agencies to ensure all proper permits are obtained. Our team can handle everything from research and lease checks to verification of mineral rights ownership and more.
Pipeline R-O-W Acquisition
Arc Land Resources provides specialized right of way acquisition services to pipeline companies across the continental United States. Our easement and right of way agents are TREC licensed and have successfully negotiated right of way lines across some of the toughest ranches in Texas.
